For G2000, PMT used the AhaSurvey technology to create a platform called the KDPI –Customer Satisfaction Online Survey, which is able to measure the internal customer satisfaction handled by different departments. Each department is evaluated by its different internal customers with separate criteria in measuring satisfaction, and is able to generate a report that is easy to understand and assist management to make informed decisions. The system is optimal at revealing the customer satisfaction levels of different G2000 departments, and is currently being used in Hong Kong, Malaysia and China.
